Suitable for storage in domestic fridges, the packs can deliver effective cold treatment for up to 2 hours, ensuring enough time to freeze its replacement.
Need heat? Simply pop in the microwave for 15-second bursts until the pack reaches the desired temperature. We recommend no more than 45 seconds as you don’t want it too hot! Great for soothing back pain and stomach pain.
