Therapy For Necks
Neck pain or stiff neck is a common problem and in most cases, self-treatment at home is all that is required. Common causes of stiff neck are sleeping in an awkward position, prolonged computer use or muscle strain due to bad posture.
As part of a treatment program, the NHS recommend that you try holding a heat pack to the neck as it can ease the pain and help reduce spasms. If there has been impact, cold packs can also offer relief as they numb the area and help to reduce swelling.
